Verified opt-in email delivery, supervised for accountability

Email delivery that respects permission.

SupervisedEmail.com manages sending domains under strict verified opt-in rules and a clear, fast unsubscribe path. If someone did not ask for messages, they should not receive them.

If you received an email from a domain managed by SupervisedEmail.com and you did not subscribe, use the unsubscribe link in the footer of that email. Removal is immediate for future sends from that sender.

How verified opt-in works

Verified opt-in (sometimes called confirmed or double opt-in) adds a simple confirmation step so an address is not subscribed by mistake, by automation, or by someone else. It raises list quality and reduces unwanted mail.

Clear consent

Subscribers join by an affirmative action and know what they are signing up to receive.

Verification step

A confirmation email verifies the address is real and that the owner wants the subscription.

Deliverability protection

Fewer complaints and fewer bounces help protect sender reputation and inbox placement.

Designed to support CAN-SPAM compliance

SupervisedEmail.com requires domains under management to follow CAN-SPAM rules and common deliverability standards. This includes accurate sender identity, honest subject lines, and a working opt-out mechanism that is honored promptly.

Core requirements we enforce

  • Accurate “From,” “Reply-To,” and routing information that identifies the sender.
  • Subject lines that match the message content.
  • Clear identification of marketing messages when required.
  • A valid physical postal address included in the email footer.
  • A clear unsubscribe method that is easy to find, read, and use.
  • Opt-out requests honored within required timeframes, without extra steps.

What we do not allow

  • Purchased lists, scraped addresses, or third-party “leads” without direct consent.
  • Hidden or broken unsubscribe links.
  • Misleading sender identities or deceptive routing.
  • Repeated sending after a recipient has opted out.
  • Ignoring abuse complaints or delaying corrective action.
Important: CAN-SPAM compliance is shared responsibility. If a third party sends on behalf of a business, both parties may still be accountable.

Received an email you did not subscribe to?

If you received an email from a domain managed by SupervisedEmail.com and you did not request it, you have two quick options.

1) Unsubscribe

Use the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email. You will be removed immediately from future emails from that sender.

2) Report abuse

If you continue to receive unwanted email after unsubscribing, forward the message and your complaint to abuse@supervisedemail.com. We review and handle reports promptly.

Include these details

Forward the full email (including headers if possible), note when you unsubscribed, and describe what continued afterward. That speeds up enforcement.

Note for senders: Every marketing email must include a working unsubscribe method and a valid physical postal address. Opt-out requests must be honored within required timeframes.
